But who knows if these companies are all the same? BTW, to get their contact info,I had to a third party site that specializes in helping people delete accounts. I deactivated my account, and will go elsewhere in the future. Reviews say they aren't the most complete or accurate service. It's all ridiculous, but why should I be surprised? Their whole business is about storing personal info. You can inactivated the account, but your info is stored, and then if you ever want to use their service again, you van't use the same email address, without having them out in a request to their technical team. The MOST irritating thing is, YOU CANT DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT EITHER. You can't opt out by purchasing as a guest, and later YOU CAN'T REMOVE THE CARD, EVEN if you DONT HAVE A SUBSCRIPTION OR OWE THEM ANYTHING. Their policy is to keep your card and account info stored INDEFINITELY. Then I went back to purchase a background check, and found I'm logged in to an account, I didn't even realize I had, with my card on file. I've never had a subscription, just a free trial and then I opted out. White pages keeps your credit card info stored and you can't have an account without a card on file. I'd like to help this guy out but can't trust without knowing if they searched or had access to recent records. But I doubt the completeness because he had about 10 addresses in 5 years, many problems- and then he's supposedly stayed at one address since 2010 and had zero problems since 2011. Maybe he went from trouble to perfect after a 10+year history of fi annual and legal trouble. I suspected this guy had a history, but I'd rather not trust 9+year-old info, nothing more recent. WHEN YOU BUY A TRIAL MEMBERSHIP, YOU CREATE A PERMANENT ACCOUNT WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD STORED, AND YOU CAN'T EVER GET THEM TO DELETE IT. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THIS YEAR BUT COUPLE YEARS AGO WHEN I WAS USING THEM THEY HAD THE BETTER INFORMATION LIKE INTELIUS DID BUT IT DIDN'T HAVE MUCH OVER THE TOP INFORMATION ABOVE THE OTHER SITES SO HOW WOULD YOU PROPOSE ACCESSING AN ACCOUNT I ALREADY HAVE YET I AM TOLD I DON'T HAVE ONE WITH THIS EMAIL!!!! And they subsequently took off all the charges and reissued me a car but the White pages even though it's outdated information I still need some information off of it for a thief executor stealing from my children and wife after my wife's father passed and I still need it when I go to sign up for premium it says I already have premium but yet I can't ask this premium it says I don't have an email associated with the premium section how is it possible that it tells me on one side that I have an account already on the premium but then go to sign in and it says no email associated with that email something is awfully fishy or should I say " PHISHY!". Their action was to tell me that obviously I wouldn't pay over and over for the same thing with the same prices would you. Called my credit card company to ask why I had so many charges for the same place. White pages is associated with beenverified, truthfinder, peoplefinder, peoplesearch, intelius, checkmate, etc.all affiliated together. How stupid are they that they can't even run their own site correctly and if they are the ripping people off. Site says I don't have one.Ĭan I access my account says I don't have an email associated with this account but it's the only email I ever signed up with. I think needs to keep accurate information if their going to charge you for it. The information provided was D- A- C- with an address in East Tennessee. My Daughter, who has had the # for 10 years. I Know this because the number I ran with is a Number I know. Notice that the $19.99 Monthly Fee still says "Limited contact details" What fails to state is that their Information is incorrect. You can Cancel anytime and is 100% money back guarantee. You must pay $19.99 Monthly to get Search with name, phone, or address, Limited contact details, Extensive contact details, Background Report, Monitor contacts and reports. Free gives you Search with name, phone, or address and Limited contact details. When I clicked the "View owner's name" I was sent directly to Premium Checkout. So, I ran a number I know the information to be correct. Another search showed the number to be a XO NEVADA, LLC Landline. WhitePages claims it's a resident number in Richmond, TX with a Las Vegas NV Area. I've used WhitePages to run checks on phone numbers that are Marketing Calls, Car Warranty, Debit Relief etc.
